Every consultant that is hired by Adroit Infotech needs to meet certain basic criteria - excellent academic credentials, wide ranging work experience, superior communication skills - before they are even considered for hiring. We check not only their aptitude for the job but also their attitude towards the job. Each consultant is carried through a rigorous filtering process involving technical screening, academic credentials and certifications verification, reference and background checking before we hire them. Our clients never have to second guess who they are bringing aboard.
